After being off the road for quite a few months after an unfortunate accident. Velvet Dog has been revamped and is ready to hit the stage once more! With Pandy Muffin shreddin' on the 6 string and newcomer Lorrick wielding the bass, the backline is solid and coming on strong. The new front man, Nick, is tearing up the stage w/ the customary Velvet Dog antics and preaching the words of the Velvet Dog!
For now, the first Confirmed appearance is going to be Saturday, July 10 @ Chicago's own 'Rockbox' on Lincoln Ave. The band looks forward to seeing all of you there!
Velvet Dog has stuck to their guns and followed the rock n' roll rules. The set is getting ironed out with an upcoming appearance in February in Milwaukee, WI. Final touchces are being put in place and getting ready to roll out. Wait til you see what has evolved in this "dog house".
Velvet Dog is cruising through shows with National & International acts, Britny Fox, Vains of Jenna, Dirty Penny, Bang Tango, the Peppermint Creeps and more!
New shirts will be released at the Vnuks/Vains of Jenna show, Saturday, Oct 10 in Milwaukee.

Drums and bass are finished for the most part and the guys are laying guitar tracks this friday may 20!
The last week of April the guys finished the mastering of their new CD entitled, "In Heat". The CD is currently in the production and packaging phase getting ready for release on May 30th in Milwaukee, WI @ "On the Limiter". Right near General Mitchell International Airport!!!
